Verena and Volker | Love is in Town

It’s one of our rare weddings where we can sleep at home in our own bed. Even though we have never had a wedding directly in Munich city, we consider weddings like that as “in town” weddings.

We have met Verena and Volker first time in an Afghan Restaurant and not only the amazing food made this a great evening also the super nice and totally fun persons made us looking forward to their wedding.

The weather was not forecasted too well for this weekend and there was a time during the day were everyone thought its gonna be the last day on earth. But rain brings luck, people say, and together with the overwhelming love between these two sweethearts there is nothing what could stop them!

The church was very funny with a lot of laughs but also with great emotions. Both of them were little nervous until they finally could relax and start the party in one of the nicest wedding venues around Munich: “Alte Gärtnerei”. Just right when we had time to do a couple of shots with just the two of them the rain stopped and we could use the wonderful area in this venue. Meanwhile the guests had super fun with a magician who was hired to perform some of his table tricks. This is just unbelievable what this guy did. We had once a magician during a wedding reception and to be honest with you, this is one of the best ideas to entertain people for a couple of hours. Brilliant!

After Yannick Brangeon was serving his amazing food the bride and groom were opening the dance floor with a super fun medley dance which surprised everyone to the max! This was pure fun and really unexpected. We had the pleasure to see them already while practicing during our shooting in the afternoon 😉

Here is to wish Verena and Volker all the best. We really had a great funny day with you and your wonderful guests. Since we did a Candi Fusion as well we will be back with a blog post soon.

Love from Munich

Carmen and Ingo

LG!
