If you are getting married at the end of January at our latitudes all you are wanting from the weather god is snowing the week before and having sun during the wedding day. We have no idea how our couples are doing that but they must have a special deal as it is just perfect every time.
Rut and Holger, adventure and mountain loving guys could not ask for a better weather for their wedding at Starnbergersee. We personally are super happy for them, as they have put so much love and detail into the planning and making of their wonderful happening. More than one and a half year of doing handicrafts from invites to all the little things for the tables and nametags everything just fitted together. Rut even knitted her bolero herself!
One reason why we only do full day coverage of weddings is, that following bride and groom from the getting ready part is so fulfilling. Nothing beats the smile of a happy bride during getting ready as well as emotional feelings of the groom excitingly waiting for her. The moment when they meet the first time that day. Priceless!
Rut and Holger just came back from the “advanced honey moon trip” in Nepal. Hiking in the Himalaya has always been on their bucket lists. They love hiking and mountains and this is something big they have in common and you can see that in their DIY projects a lot.
We are touched by their affection for each other and for other people around them, the whole day was great festival for all their guests and sure for us as well. Here is to thank you both for such a great experience for all of us and thank you for your patience during the shoot. You could not have been more natural at all and this is what makes it easy for us to capture your emotions and the love between you.
All the best for your future together and the newly created patchwork family with Holgers super sweet daughters!
