We do it at least once a year to be in front of a lens of another photographer whom we admire and love to work with. For those of you coming regularly here to our blog might have seen this last years shoot in Tuscany with our dear friend Nadia Meli or this one with Mike and Rachel Larson.
The reasons for such an annual shoot are obvious. You get fantastic pictures and second, as a photographer, you gotta see how this person works 🙂
While traveling through California we also stopped in San Luis Obispo to meet Mike and Rachel. Through them we got to know the lovely couple Jaime and Chase (actually years back already but never met both together in person).
This time we had the pleasure to meet them for a little longer and hang out for dinner at the farmers market as well as at their place. It’s been so much fun.
These two are not only stunning photographers themselves but also very very nice and super fun people. We totally connected at the first moment and all of a sudden they approached us to stay one more day in SLO and do their annual photo shoot with them.
OMW! It’s not that SLO doesn’t have the most creative photographers in one small place 😉 *ironyalert*
Deep breathe. No pressure! We can do this!! And so we headed out the other day to their most favorite place in that area as they promised it to be a fantastic and perfect location for the shoot. And you bet it was!
We were blown away by the great nature just a couple of minutes out of town and it was totally lucky that we also got spoiled by the typical Californian sun/light (sun set). (guess it was not just luck, looks like those cali people are “lucky” more often!)
After the shoot we enjoyed delicious dinner together at their sweet place and gained new lovely friends. Here is to thank you guys so much. We are honored to have you in front of our lenses and we cannot wait to meet you guys soon again. Thanks for your patience and the super fun! Don’t miss out to sell us for your next Hawaii Wedding 🙂
Have a great start into the week everyone. Talk soon!
